“The best Dairy Queen in town! Highly recommended! I have been to all of the dairy Queens here in Billings and many of the other fast food places and my experience here is above and beyond!
Marcel, one of the employees, greeted me with a big smile and a great personality on a day that was extremely overwhelming, unhappy, and stressful. After speaking with Marcel and giving him our order he responded with a little bit of humor that completely made my day! He took the time out of his day to make me laugh and it significantly improved my whole day! Marcel you are a very kind and thoughtful man and I'm glad that I ran into you that day! I now frequent this location often with my children and consistently have our food prepared correctly and it's always hot! I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Marcel!“

“So let me start off by saying, that I don't usually come to this establishment. I haven't been to a DQ in years. That being said, I would like to say that this place has a good worker. While I didn't get anything, this time around, I will be coming back to DQ, if my travels permit, I did have a good interaction with Dylan. I think he was the taller of the employees. I usually order the Smores Blizzard, but was ultimately just stepping in to see what this establishment did, and didn't have available. If the employees are as knowledgeable as Dylan, I will be coming back to this DQ.I travel a lot, and usually have a few people with me, I will be bringing them along with me next time. 10/10“
“I came to this Dairy Queen earlier tonight and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I submitted a mobile order before this restaurant was closed and it allowed me to confirm a come pick up of 9:16. I showed up early to try and be polite and waste as little time as possible. When I arrived, the lobby was looked and closed so I went through the drive through to pick up my food. If nothing else I was expecting to at least talk to a worker and apologize for any inconvenience. I pulled up to the window and was met with awkward glances from 3 of the workers; not one of them came to even speak with me. I sat and waited, held up my phone, and even honked to try and get attention from at least one of the employees. Not a single one even bothered to look back up at me. I left completely empty handed. I understand they were closed but it would have been nice to talk to a worker or have any sort of explanation. Only left 4 stars because food has been great in the past.“
