“1) The new 2 for $5 promo is awesome (& I think there were 3 protein-rich options), esp as good values in fast food are rare lately, I just spent $10+ on a 2 pc chicken tender with ranch (no upcharge), a chili cheese dog (40 cents for cheese which is a good deal) & a small blizzard (which is still a huge portion of soft serve and candy) - considering the cost to even make ice cream desserts at home, esp w pecans & real chocolate added, when are you going to get a to-go meal like that for $10?! That’s a full portion of meat, which most budget fast food specials do not offer; 2) their ranch dressing has gotten BETTER at some point, it’s more like old school restaurant ranch, not the sour fake buttermilk stuff. 3) I come here at least every other month & go thru the drive thru, and forget to leave a review because this location always gets the order right & it’s usually very fresh. The chicken tenders I just brought home were perfectly fried & rested, for $1.25 each, that’s a great deal, esp since the batter is light, there was way more chicken than fried coating . lol I’m usually not this enthusiastic but I honestly have had so many overpriced fast food meals where the quality is even worse than usual. It’s rare to get a cheaper meal that is so nutritionally dense & get a dessert that is not-smallest-size and frankly is a “luxury treat” in my household.“

“So let me start off by saying, that I don't usually come to this establishment. I haven't been to a DQ in years. That being said, I would like to say that this place has a good worker. While I didn't get anything, this time around, I will be coming back to DQ, if my travels permit, I did have a good interaction with Dylan. I think he was the taller of the employees. I usually order the Smores Blizzard, but was ultimately just stepping in to see what this establishment did, and didn't have available. If the employees are as knowledgeable as Dylan, I will be coming back to this DQ.I travel a lot, and usually have a few people with me, I will be bringing them along with me next time. 10/10“
“I came to this Dairy Queen earlier tonight and to say I was disappointed was an understatement. I submitted a mobile order before this restaurant was closed and it allowed me to confirm a come pick up of 9:16. I showed up early to try and be polite and waste as little time as possible. When I arrived, the lobby was looked and closed so I went through the drive through to pick up my food. If nothing else I was expecting to at least talk to a worker and apologize for any inconvenience. I pulled up to the window and was met with awkward glances from 3 of the workers; not one of them came to even speak with me. I sat and waited, held up my phone, and even honked to try and get attention from at least one of the employees. Not a single one even bothered to look back up at me. I left completely empty handed. I understand they were closed but it would have been nice to talk to a worker or have any sort of explanation. Only left 4 stars because food has been great in the past.“

Out of all of years I’ve ordered food from here, today was the first time I’ve ever had my order messed up but the way they handle the mistake was amazing. Manager Megan was apologetic and they were incredibly fast righting the mistake made. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Heights DQ. Keep up the good work!“
