I was just there last month for the Friday night buffet in Springfield, IL. It was TERRIBLE! The chicken and pizza were brought out fresh but everything else was so terribly bad, I don't know where to start.

you have excellent pizza, I especially love the pepperoni rolls. there is a major problem at loves locations though. your directions are clear on how theyre made, but I continue to get them with sauce inside them, the inside not cooked at all, no butter nor seasoning on top, or a location just unwilling to make them. it has been this way for years. there are few things at truck stops that are actually delicious so if you could fix this problem I would appreciate it.
