I ordered a platter for my family for Christmas dinner. Condiments and veggies on the side as we were eating them the next day. When I arrived no veggies and was told they don't do veggies for that. So you are telling me I paid for some bread and meat and no veggies when you clearly told me you did them on the side. Three calls there to speak with a manager and no call back yet. If I would have been told about no veggies I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere
First time I've ever been to the heights Jimmy John's and I have to say this is the first time I've ever been disappointed with this company. Spent over 10 min in the drive thru, they wouldn't accept my coupon (that the owner gave me might I add), and they gave me the wrong items. Won't go back to this location.
Always a GREAT sandwich! My son & I were road tripping and couldn't resist a JJ sandwich. Thanks!
