Stopped in on a road trip to grab some sandwiches and snacks. Dude in the deli was super cool, made a delicious turkey sandwich and a delicious veggie sandwich, and threw in a banana bread that we discovered when we ate. So thoughtful and generous. Market was also solid, lots of supplements, and items you’d expect to find at a health food store.
My family has been coming here for years and we have seen this business through its ebs and flows over the years. No matter what, they are always knowledgeable, friendly, and even make us feel like part of the family.
The food inside is PHENOMENAL!! It tastes so good and is prepared with such care that keeps my now husband and I coming back frequently.

I love this place! All of the workers are so incredibly helpful. They have helped me and my family through so many ailments and different health concerns and questions. I can’t recommend this place enough! They are so knowledgeable, caring, above and beyond helpful!! So grateful for them!
