20 minutes in the drive thru. I got to the counter and they were all standing around and weren't working.. coffee had no flavor. Highly disappointed
They are very inconsistent when it comes to your order. I love the flavor of their stuff most days but the temp of their drinks is either lukewarm or so hot is scorches your mouth. The first time it happened I wasn’t expecting it to be so hot because their stuff had been lukewarm, needless to say it fried my mouth and throat and then again today knowing it could be overly hot I sipped it and again burned the skin on the roof of my mouth. 30min in a line of 3 cars at the Laurel location today with no one in the lobby and 4 people making coffee. Finally got my coffee…luke warm. They even came out and took my order and my card. Never again.
