“I got the 2C deluxe quarter pounder. I thought the deluxe had bacon my bad. Friendly staff. The reason its 4 stars, I forgot to ask for ketchup and napkins, but a great McDonalds asks about those things in case the customer forgets. A little disappointing, but good food friendly staff. Just that little detail, I wanted napkins and ketchup too.“
“This place was quiet and clean when we had breakfast here in the morning. Service was above and beyond with a woman coming and asking to clear our tray and offering to refill our coffees.

The service here is terrible. You have to wait so long to get things and then you have to deal with an attitude when they don’t perform properly. They always get my caramel macchiato wrong… I always drive to Central Avenue to go get my coffee remade by their manager, Kayla. It’s really sad that I have to drive 6 miles across town to get a coffee made properly. On top of the old woman who is at the front counter it’s so disrespectful. They moved her from the front counter because of her attitude and she is now in the drive-through and she sits on a chair and takes orders and still gives people grief. I walked in today and used my app, it glitched on me twice and I waited 15 minutes in between ordering my items. On top of waiting 15 minutes for my coffee to be remade so the app could work and I can earn points, they made my coffee wrong. They didn’t put cream in my coffee and I get it made the same way every single day…. I don’t know if this woman is racist or what her personal issue is with me, but I have only lived in Billings Montana for a year and I am tired of dealing with her attitude when I want to eat fast food. I typically don’t pull the race card, but when I’ve done nothing wrong, and I keep being met with an attitude and being disrespected for no reason? I remember the color of my skin and where I’m located . The GM HERE , the other staff members? GREAT .
