We waited here for almost 2 hours waiting for a ride while it was 106 degrees outside. The cashier lady was nice and we didn't feel like we shiuld have to leave.
I understand everyone should have an opportunity to work but why put the oldest most hardest heart employee there on the register. You have to repeat yourself multiple times, and even then she looks at you with this mean bitter look. Stop putting grandma jenkins on the register if she hates people
Very disappointing experience. I waited at the drive-thru speaker while multiple cars in the other lane were helped, but no one ever took my order. After waiting several minutes, I parked and went inside to order instead.
Even after ordering inside, I continued to wait while car after car received their food through the drive-thru. I tried to be understanding and assumed the staff was busy.
