I made a post on Facebook (searching for Brunswick Stew), they commented on that post to let me know they had it available this past Wednesday and Thursday! I told them I would be coming in with hubby to try it and when we got there, they greeted us, told us how their restaurant worked and anxiously waited for our opinion on their stew! John kept walking by making little jokes and making us laugh and they seemed to really genuinely care if we enjoyed the stew which we definitely did! “This has been a more recent favorite spot. We’ve been in a hand full of times. It’s quite far from home, so it wasn’t something we had previously tried. The French onion soup is absolutely the best in town. I’m picky with fries and when they’re freshy fresh hot ones they’re perfect. I haven’t tried much of the menu yet but the French onion soup is and will always be a must. The atmosphere is not super loud and just a really chill, comfortable space. Love the fire place and adore that my kiddo now requests the restaurant for the soup as well. Not very often a 7 year olds favorite item is a soup full of onions! She’s very shy but I can see how she’s grown to look forward to the service there. The, I THINK, owner makes it a point to have her individual attention and that’s made her feel she is remembered, important and seen. Treating a kiddo in that way helps shape their confidence and I am thankful for the going above and beyond. Thank you to our new favorite place!“

“4 stars on service. All bc I witnessed a gentleman who seem to homeless. With a bigo backpack. And s few other items. Clean guy like he knows how to shower etc.. and the manager I assume, tried to kick him out. I thought this was a Christian fast food,.. what happened to this world .. pray for it“
