I love their coffee! Wish there were more Scooters throughout Montana. It's my favorite but I don't make it to Billings very often anymore.
This morning I got a Caramel Maple frappuccino at scooters. It was excellent! The gal at the drive-thru was very friendly and she was also very nice at the window 🙂
When they have the items you want, it is good, but many times they are out of product or the coffee machines are not working.

Hands down, it is considered the best coffee in the Midwest and a go-to place for many, even while traveling to places like Devils Tower. The drinks are amazing, with specific praise for the Iced Mocha with oat milk and the Red Bull drinks. The staff is careful and clarifies orders, such as ensuring a customer understands the contents of sweet cold foam versus oat milk for dietary needs. They are known for listening to feedback, like requests for light ice, and following instructions perfectly. While some wish for better and more food offerings, the coffee options are all AMAZING. The cheerful phrase "scoot around to the window" makes customers' days. It is a favorite coffee shop for many who visit almost everyday.
