Starbucks in Billings

“Excellent healthy food and plenty of options. Self-ordering systems for those who know what their doing. Order at counter if you need to ask questions. Rarely are all the kiosks working so I may end up waiting for one to open. Most of the time I come in they seem to be cleaning the lemonade stands. Must be the schedule.

“I did a custom order on the app & made it so sweet I couldn’t drink it lol. (Btw I didn’t take it back, that’s not cool if u design it yourself lol). Today I went in - love this store, despite their location & the chaos of king ave, it’s my fave location inside. Asked the barista to help me make a GOOD turtle mocha & saved the pic of the proper amounts! Service was great overall as usual (this store is even nice to delivery drivers!), but really appreciated the help getting my order just right.“

“Zeke was working all by himself and was pumping customers out like crazy WHILE giving amazing service!! Hands down best Starbucks experience ever and I grew up just south of Seattle. I couldn’t remember what the drink was called and zeke knew exactly what I was after. I usually don’t go for Starbucks but I’m glad I did today. THANK YOU ZEKE!!!“

“This was my first time at this Starbucks location. It was super clean, the employees were friendly, and the drinks were made perfect. Amanda T was extremely helpful in ordering what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations. Y'all have a good employee and I recommend this place.“

“This was the best Starbucks I have been in and ran like a well oil machine. It had a fabulous staff! It was joyful to watch them work in sync with each other. They were very friendly n helpful! We bought so many drink it would take to long to list. LOL! But each drink was sips of perfection n a cup!

We witnessed yet again a barista ninja who made so many drinks flawlessly. It blew my mind to watch!

“This is a new Starbucks. Very nice, but limited space. Starbucks used to be my favorite, but they up charge for every little change and have gotten out of hand.

“It was very clean and organized in there, I went there for a interview at 1pm today and I had sat in the lobby for about 32mins listening and looking around. I wanna give this store 100/100 due to the fact that they are doing everything and making it comfy to enjoy a coffee. But not only that I wanna give out a shout out to the manager that was there today you were very kind and professional, I wanna thank u if it wasn't for u I wouldn't have been able to make it to my interview spot. Another shout out to the 2 workers dressed up today.! Go hot dog & taco guys.!! U are the best made my day even tho it was off a bit. I love the customes. “I have been in my usual store once. It was clean, quiet and was designed and decorated for casual meet ups, or to just relax enjoy a coffee and read. I order and pickup using drive through. The baristas are pleasant and always ask how your day is going. I have ordered different food items that are tasty but a little overpriced. Hence the three star rating.“

“I always stop at this Starbucks when I'm on this side of town. They're usually out of a lot of products but I'm assuming because they are so busy and of course the food and drinks are so delicious. The staff is always super friendly and helpful in making selections.

Vegetarian options: They do have some products that are vegan.

Kid-friendliness: They always have a good selection for kiddos to eat or drink.

Dietary restrictions: We try to stay away from sodium nitrate and I was very pleased to find out that the ham they use is uncured.“
