If you charge for extra then provide the customer with what they have paid for. we ordered extra crunch - we asked that it be put on the side since the cup was sealed and clean - she insisted we give her the drink and gave it back to us STICKY AND DRIPPING AND A TOTAL MESS! it was mean.
Pretty slow this particular day
This Scott A guys review is completely false. I was sitting in the lobby when he came in and verbally disgraced the worker. He was bragging about how much money he makes to the worker and how the worker isn’t doing his job. The worker was kindly informing him about mobile order policies. I don’t get this Scott fellow, the worker wasn’t shaming anything.
