4:10pm March 9th. Guy on the window was rude. Kept having conversations with co workers instead of taking care of customers. Kept waiting for the giggly conversation to end to place my order and pay for my coffee.
Great service. I ordered coffee for my wife and I, and as I waited patiently, I thought about how if I had 7 legs instead of 2, it would be incredibly difficult to find shoes. Also sitting would be interesting, and would I be shaped like a spider? I then forgot I had ordered drinks so I ordered again and was pleasantly surprised with 4 delicious drinks.

They take pride in their work and provide great customer service. The store is a daily stop for many, and the staff makes the experience positive. Even when mistakes happen, the staff fixes them with a smile, showing excellent customer service.
