“It’s hard to find great service when you go out to eat. You’re hoping for good and almost always settle for ok. My service today was spectacular thanks to Moses. If you want great food and 5 Star service, go down to Asian Sea Grill on Tuesday evenings and ask to be seated in Moses’s section. You will not regret it.“
“I’ve always had good service and food at Fancy Sushi here in Billings. Tonight I ordered takeout, it said food would be ready in 15min. I got there and the place was busy, and only one waiter working ( he was hustling!) waited about an extra 15-20min for my food. While I was waiting this gal came in, also waiting for takeout and was just busting the waiters balls for the extra wait time, he was doing everything he could but it wasn’t good enough for her. Fast forward an hour I’m sitting on the couch, stuffed from all my Fancy Sushi and my phone rings… it’s Jimmy from Fancy Sushi offering me a store credit for my extra wait time, and whatever he could do to makeup for the wait!!! Good people over there at Fancy Sushi over on grand!“
