I recently started working just around the corner from Aurore and finally took time to stop in this morning. I used to frequent Le Panier across from Pike Place Market when I lived near Seattle and haven’t found anywhere that matched it until now. Suffice it to say, it’s definitely going to become a regular thing. You won’t find better anywhere in town.
Excellent bakery items and a very extensive selection. I'm gluten intolerant and their bakery items do NOT bother my gluten intolerance at all. I also have several friends that are gluten intolerant to varying degrees and are also enjoying their products without any adverse symptoms or reaction.
Besides that, their bakery items are absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend them without reservations.
When in Bozeman you must stop here. Oh my word!!! Flaky buttery delicious. And Kalo who helped us was phenomenal.
Please come to Hamilton MT or at least Missoula.
