We were here September 8th. We were on our honeymoon and out on the town on Bozeman. This was our lunch stop and food, service and atmosphere were top notch. Great food, great beer and great waitress. The Mrs and I will recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area
I’ve been to Back Country Burger 3 times since living in Bozeman. The brussel sprouts (w/o quinoa) and the curry fries are soooo good - my husband and I have ordered them every time we’ve eaten here. Hubs and I have split the wildfire burger as well as the backcountry burger and both really enjoyed it. I’m a sucker for a smash burger, so I prefer their burger over a lot of other places. Reasonable prices too!
If anyone has seen the episode of How I Met Your Mother where they try to find the best burger they had ever had, it’s Backcountry Burger Bar in Bozeman. I first had their burger in 2023, and I’d been thinking about it ever since. I’m finally back in Bozeman, and I brought my buddy to have the best burger ever. He agreed, and we didn’t even have the same burger. I look forward to the next time I can have the best burger ever.
