“My boyfriend and I were visiting Bozeman from Billings this past weekend and made a point to return to Izakaya Three Fish after our first incredible experience in October. It did not disappoint.

Both visits have been for the omakase, and each time Chef/Owner Paul and his team created an exceptional dining experience. Every course was thoughtful, creative, and absolutely delicious. One of the things we appreciated most was how the chefs explained each dish as it was served. We are not sushi connoisseurs, so the explanations were really helpful without feeling pretentious, just genuine passion for the food and ingredients.

A special shoutout to Maddy, the bartender, who is a true artist. She crafts many of her own ingredients and is incredibly knowledgeable about cocktails and spirits. Watching her work and hearing her explain the drinks made the bar experience just as memorable as the food.

The entire team made the evening feel welcoming and special while still delivering a high level culinary experience. We cannot wait for our next trip to Bozeman so we can return again!“
