We spotted a small roadside burger shack with a long line of cars waiting to order. To be honest, my expectations were fairly low, but we decided to join the queue and give it a try.

The wait was a little slow, but once we reached the ordering window, it was clear why—the burgers were being made fresh to order. I chose the buffalo burger with cheese, and it was excellent: juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I was also pleased to see they offered a lettuce wrap option for those wanting a burger without the bread.
