I've stopped here a good few times before and service has always depended on the crew working at the time. Sometimes it's great and other times it's terrible. Food is always what you would expect from a fast food restraunt with a little bit of variation, also dependent on the crew. Today, though, a couple of older women working were throwing an absolute temper tantrum. Yelling and screaming swearing left and right with kids in the restraunt. And now it is getting...
The service at this location goes above and beyond. My daughter left her purse there accidently as we were traveling cross country and they mailed it to our home! Honest, genuine, and great food! Thank you A&W!
Understaffed, the counter lady was busy restocking stuff for the drive thru, she was nice enough and helped with a food issue but we stood there for a long time. The mashed potato was flat. The chicken had some glob of gristle or something so it got tossed. The float was only so so and that's why we went there.
