This place has got the slowest service I’ve ever seen I used to love to come here for lunch but now it just takes forever I don’t know if they are short on food or Watch the problem is. If I want chicken there are other places to go where I don’t have to wait 40 minutes in line. The food is great but that service is terrible

Just tried to order a family meal at 630 pm, restaurant hours were until 10 pm. We were told they had no chicken for the meal & told us it would be 30 minute wait. Still told the staff we wanted to order and wait then we were told they would have to ask the cook if they wanted to cook it!! Horrible customer service & pure laziness at 630 on a Friday night. Ridiculous and not the first time we have had issues with this location. NOT ORDERING HERE EVER AGAIN!
