I'm a fan of beer. I track what I drink and I've sampled more than 3500 beers. I know, quit your bragging. But I want some credibility when I tell you that this is a wonderful brewery with fantastic quality and variety of beer. The brewer has spent 25 years mastering his craft and was a lovely conversationalist about his product. Less typical neo-industrial vibe (the norm in most breweries now) with great service. I especially recommend the porter.
So glad I stopped at this brewery. The beers I tried were great. Craig was a phenomenal bartender. Made sure we had beers that were to our taste and worked hard all night. Would definitely revisit. The imperial IPA is a must try.

This was one of the best brewery experiences I've ever had. Chuck has a great personal story and he has all the time in the world for his customers. And his beers are all excellent: such a great IPA (big, but also subtle, lots of layers) and his bock beer really stood out. I was just passing through Butte and staying one night, but I will go out of my way to visit there again to come back to Quarry Brewing. Truly a gem.
