My husband went to go get breakfast this morning and had an awful experience. The person behind the counter had an awful attitude and was rude. They took my husband's breakfast order and money and then he stood there for 20 minutes waiting before they came out and told him that they are not doing breakfast because its New Years day. Why the cashier didn't tell him that and let him stand there for so long is beyond me. And then the person had the audacity to be rude about it. Unprofessional as hell

How you only going to half fill the sauce? Paying $1 extra and barely getting anything for it. I tested it 3 times to make sure it wasn’t just bad luck but no this is a consistent thing they do at this location (sometimes even less than half). Not worth going here.

The management at this Pacific Taco Bell on Park Street in Butte Montana should all be fired. I just sat out front for an hour and a half waiting for the opening manager to show up so my teenage son can go to work. The original manager scheduled didn’t even show up. A replacement manager showed up. This is the most unprofessional, embarrassing, fast food location I’ve ever seen.

We ordered for pickup from work from the hospital and nothing was labeled so we had no idea what food was what. They didn’t have our total order and were completely incapable fixing it or taking a new verbal order. Instead they said I had to log in online and re order. I won’t be back.

This place is constantly and consistently getting my orders wrong at night. Last 3 times ive gone, I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with guacamole. Not a single one of those had guacamole. In fact, the last one didnt even have the cheese on the outside of the dang thing. I wouldnt get specific with your orders here if you are on a strict diet. Im not but I wouldn't expect them to get it right if you are.
Best taco bell in Butte!!! Employees who actually care about making sure your order is correct, that don't use AI. Worth the hassle of not having a drive thru. The stars/reviews show the difference in which taco bell to actually use in Butte.
