The owner is seriously so cordial and kind. I’m a traveler and she’s able to remember a familiar face and takes the time to say hi and see if you’re happy with the food. The bartender was this sweet tentative guy who was running around busy but made sure I was taken care of! I wish I grabbed his name. The food was out of this world. Saffron offers a wonderful Mediterranean cuisine experience in a lovely downstairs location. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying good food with friends or for special occasions, creating a very pretty setting with a warm Mediterranean vibe, lots of wood and stone accents. The menu features delectable dishes like chicken curry, vegan chickpea curry, Turkish kabobs, and brilliantly made baklava and cheesecake. The food is exceptionally tasty and well cooked with excellent flavor and generous portions. The restaurant is super cozy, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. Creative drinks and a whole page of mocktails are also offered. Saffron is a first-class restaurant that provides a unique dining option in Butte, a hidden gem worth visiting for a date night or to fill your belly.
