“Judging by the good reviews we chose the Night Owl, Columbia Falls, MT.\nEverything ok, reception, service, speed, but the brisket was dry, first due to less meat, then due to warming.\nOur standard for brisket is the Salt Lick and Rudy's from Austin TX. Unfortunately, the Night Owl is nowhere near that.“
