“I had the best experience at Toastie! The food and atmosphere was so good that we went two days in a row. The staff is incredible and will go out of their way to serve you. They also have many fun options of entertainment such as a PacMan machine and Uno cards out on the tables. If you’re looking for a comforting meal on these cold montana winter days, you’re in the right place!Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly! Lots of entertainment for them.Wheelchair accessibility: The walkway was completely flat and wheel chair accessible and you can easily sit at the tables.“

Wild Huckleberry Ice Cream in Waffle Cone

“I've been here a couple times and it was lovely both times! The ice cream is AMAZING, they are truly local and it shows. There are not many seats, but they do have 4 comfy ones around a coffee table in the back. I'm glad this is here since the other ice cream place in town has gone way down in quality and isn't even local anymore. Thank you, whoever owns Cup O'Soul!Choose this place, you'll be glad you did!Parking: I only saw 2 street spaces on the side of the building. Not sure if there is parking elsewhere.“

Sweet Retreat Creamery Ice Cream Shop • $

“My family of four stopped in for a much needed treat a long day hiking in Glacier. Jenisha greeted us warmly and offered samples of ice cream to try. We all tried a couple and ordered splits, which were two split scoops of ice cream. I had the Huckleberry Cheesecake and the Maple Bourbon. My daughter got the Cookie Monster and Cake Batter, which she really enjoyed. My son got the Maple Bourbon and Peanut Butter Oreo Pie. Husband got the Huckleberry Cheesecake and the Peanut Butter Oreo Pie. We loved them all, and the service was friendly.“

“I have to say this is one of my favorite dairy queens I've ever been too and I'm a really picky person when it comes to food. Best fast food in c falls. Always good service as well. I've never had an issue. The only con is thay There's always a long line there ( due to a lot of costumers not slow staff.) and I feel rushed to pick. It would be nice to have a menu that represents this specific store so I could look ahead of time and know what I'm getting.“

Willow's Huckleberry land Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt • $$
8730 Hwy 2 E, Hungry Horse - 5.07 miles

“Willows Huckleberry Land is an absolute must-visit, offering a delightful array of clothing, souvenirs, and more. However, what truly steals the show here is the Huckleberry Shake, an experience that's bound to leave a lasting impression. As we approached the establishment, I decided to consult a local for their recommendation, and without hesitation, they pointed to the Huckleberry Shake. We decided to follow their lead, and the consensus among our group was unanimous: it's one darn good shake. While the consistency may have leaned slightly toward the icy side, as opposed to the creaminess one might expect from a stellar shake, the vibrant Huckleberries compensated for any minor shortcomings in the base ice cream. The explosion of huckleberry flavor more than made up for it.Adding to the charm of the place is the owner, a warm and friendly individual who loves to engage with patrons, sharing jokes and stories. This personal touch adds to the overall appeal of the experience, making a visit to Willows Huckleberry Land not just about the delectable shake but also the delightful connection with the owner.“
