Place is not kept clean. The seating area had crumbs through the dining floor, not a result of rush hour. Soda machines need to be cleaned,l out, black specks poured out of two separate fountains, Starry especially. Alot of flies, and for as cold as it was, not sure why.

Don't use the restroom. After working on restaurants, I almost didn't eat what they made me. There is a thick grey dirt shellac on the toilet, sink, and door. The inside of the toilet was a unique color. Clearly hasn't even been cleaned or wiped down in months (years?)

Stopped by 7/18/25 on our long drive home from Missoula, Montana to Phoenix, Arizona. We needed a pick-me-up for the continued drive. The three young workers were very nice and professional. Ordered two 6” subs (#18 The Ultimate BMT and #23 The Hotshot Italiano) and two chips. Total was $18.32. The subs were good. The actual restaurant could use some sprucing up. It looked a little dark and dingy. We opted to order to-go and just ate on the road. Overall, good little pitstop not too far off the I-15.

Order 2 Dorrito nachos the kid didn't even know how to fix them took them home and added my own sauce the cheese was over cooked and had a hard time eating them. Should have made my own

When we walked in the employee mean mugged me and then went back to wiping counter without saying anything. We stood there awkwardly for a a good while until she found it convenient to ask what we wanted. This was the most unprofessional, unfriendly, rude interaction I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. Employee eye rolled at us when we requested an item.
They made a sandwich for me that met what I expect from Subway. The staff had interesting character, which I appreciated, and they were conscientious young crew.

Best sandwich restaurant in Dillon bar none. They put too many goodies in my sandwich... not a problem. The lobby was spotless, until my kids made a mess, but I saw them already cleaning it as we were loading back into our car.
