“I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Check-in was definitely not a good experience and did taint the stay. I suggest management teach her and possibly even mentor her for awhile. The room was clean, quiet and lovely. Slept great. The restaurant there had delicious food (recommend the rib eye with the cowboy butter!) and also had great service.“
“The best service in town! Every single sandwich I've tried has been so delicious. Great selection of teas and the fresh iced tea is just the best. Big soft cookies to go with your sandwich, chips, and pickle. I have nothing negative to say about this shop and Kalena herself. Go check it out.“
