I get it, the desk clerk is a young woman and that she is in therapy, however, she needs to learn that when a customer is questioning the reservation upon check-in, its NOT all about her but all about the customer and pleasing that customer. She needs to learn customer service and how to de-escalate instead of escalating an issue. So I had to take 2 stars off for service and 1 for the overall review. Booked 2 room cabin with shared bathroom. Mattress was a bit soft , but room was clean and good value for money. Dinner was goid on the restaurant. Ennis is a lovely little town and if visiting I would recommend staying at this accommodation. Staff were friendly on check-in
