“After moving to Joliet over 2 years ago, I finally decided to venture out for the evening. My best friend and I went in to the J Bar for food and drinks. Bonnie and Gary were very welcoming and so much fun to visit with! Bonnie poured a perfect cocktail. Gary cooked us some of the BEST burgers I’ve ever had! They were enormous and juicy with plenty of cheese and fresh toppings. I was beyond pleased with their fair prices as well. I’d definitely recommend making a stop in to the J Bar!?“

“Great Small town bar. Atmosphere is best with a reservation at peak times. No reservation typically gets you a high top off the entry. Typically, they have superb streaks but on occasion they'll miss the mark. This past Wednesday was the first of many rib eye streaks I've eaten there that was just okay. I'm sure just an off night.... I'll always come back!“
