We sought this food truck out after a dip in the Yellowstone Hot Springs and were so happy to see it open! There were several options that sounded tasty, but my friend and I opted for the nachos (bison and steak). We also had a bear's blood slushy ? and huckleberry lemonade. It was all fresh, delicious and filling! You also can't beat the view of the mountains from the picnic tables. Stopped in after a day in the park based on reviews and desire to try something different. Just a few minutes outside Gardiner. Wife got fish and chips and I got a rice bowl. Very good service. Both of us were very pleased with the food and were certainly full after eating. Next time in Gardiner, this will absolutely be a stop
Had a pork ramen dish. Don't think it was authentic, but it tastes great. Didn't skimp on the portion size either. I think this was the best meal I had in a long time.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly as far as I could tell. It was 10ish at night though.
