I have had almost every sandwich on the menus. Each is awesome. I order in app and do pick up. I have never never been disappointed with any food there.
The customer service is off the chain “Wonderful” most of my friends are now using the app and love it. Always happy with delivery.

Typically I would recommend Jimmy Johns but my last two orders they have completely omitted my husbands sandwich entirely. It’s like the #10 just doesn’t exist in their realm of packing someone’s order for delivery. I order often and typical they are on point. But lately either my sandwich is not made per the instructions. Or like tonight my kids pickle is missing as well as my husbands entire sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on, and I get being busy.
