Had a great experience today with two employees, Daniel and Candy. Both helped me and were patient, professional and kind. Thank you for making my day!

Jimmy John's is a sandwich chain with varying experiences. While some customers praise the "freaky fast" service and appreciate the less crowded atmosphere, others have had issues with orders being incorrect, missing items, and slow delivery. Specifically, some customers have reported problems with toppings, including cucumbers and tomatoes, and forgotten items in their orders. Despite some friendly employees, the consistency of service can be a problem at this location.
