Best McDonald’s In The State, Customer Service Is Always Amazing, Food Is Hit Or Miss Sometimes But What Fast Food Place Isn’t
I don't know how terrible you can be to get an order wrong on two different days. Today was the worst, I ordered 4 tenders and got 3 despite the box on the inside saying 4 all over. Then on top of trying to get the orders corrected you're met with them not at the front. They rather hide or clean while the line stacks up. Oh and the kiosks are down.
When we got our food they gave us the wrong food and forgot our drinks. The breakfast sandwiches were actually in the wrong wrappers. Then when we got the right breakfast sandwiches they were cold but we had already pulled off and my husband was done dealing with them. I've been here before and never had a problem but this time was different. Our granddaughters food was great so that's why it's not a one star. I know their turnaround in employees but thru should be trained properly.
