The young man, Chance at the cashiers station is amazing !! He takes his time with each customer to remember their names , make personal connection, and is very kind !! Give this kid a raise ! He’s a rockstar !
We’ve been on the road for quite a while driving through WA, ID, MT. We’ve decided to stay overnight in Helena. This morning we went to 1889 Coffehouse for breakfast! WOW! Great coffee, food and the most friendly staff we have encountered so far (including Alaska)!! Thanks, guys!!
My husband called and to ask what the soup was, he’s been sick and wanted good soup, so he called, the guy on the other end was so rude, said the soup and hung up on him. That’s not customer service at all. I’m normally a fan, but I’m not going somewhere that you can’t ask what their soup is without getting an attitude.
