If Blu offered a meat substitute this place would be perfect. A lot of Taco joints don't realize they are the go-to for vegetarians. Taco Bell is all about vegetarians and vegans and always has been. That's a part of the secret to their success. Traditionally though this has always been a great food for vegetarians. So it would be nice to have more protein options.

Their food is amazing!! It's my treat to myself every week. I'm so excited I have a place like this to go to instead of having to go to taco Bell! By the way their prices are totally worth it and their service is always amazing!!
