At first messed up my order but they got it fixed and gave me a little extra
Stopped at this McDonald’s while on vacation. Every employee was very friendly. The food was hot, fresh, and the large order we had was accurate. We came back through a few days later, and it was the same. This may be the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. Keep up the good work!!!

McDonald's in Helena offers solid service and okay food for the price. The staff was friendly and prompt and the service is always awesome. However, some feel it's not the same as it used to be, with higher prices and decreased quality. The McChicken was small and not very good and the nuggets have changed in flavor. Despite this, their sausage egg and cheese McMuffin hits the spot. Customers note the convenience of computer screens and like the new two lane drive thru. The food seems to always be fresh and it is a go-to spot for a quick bite, though some long for the good old days and wish they still had the grilled chicken sandwich.
