We just recently celebrated a 70th Birthday, Downstairs at the Brewhouse. I dealt with Rachel for the planning of the catered event for 30-40 people. She was amazing to work with, extremelely helpful, and exceptionally responsive. Upon arriving at the venue the day of the event, they had tables set up for the guests and the food. It turned out PERFECT and I will defenitely use this venue for future events. The catered food was great and the portions were generous. We appreciate you Rachel and the crew! Thank you!

I love being proved wrong and this place has been consistent and tasty after this first initial review below. the sandwiches and their Maui fries are chefs kiss when they are fresh. This place does struggle with groups larger than 4, but if you are a group of 4 it doesn’t take long to get your food and your food will be tasty.
Unfortunately their burgers are still a bit dry, we’ve had them 3 times now and they seem to like to make them well done. I like their pastrami and rye, their chicken wrap and others. Also this place has Jo jo (wedge) fries.

Rachel played a key role in helping us plan, from expertly coordinating the menu to ensuring we had more than enough food for our guests. Her professionalism and attention to detail truly made the difference. The food was delicious, and the entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to Rachel and the amazing team, we couldn't have asked for a more memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations!

As always, food was excellent! I had one of my favorites - the Queen's Fish. Cod version. (And I love the fact they have malt vinegar available - just adds to the fish and chips! - and their tartar sauce is also EXCELLENT.) This time since it was dinner time I went with a baked potato. I was tempted to have their famous beer cheese soup, but showed restraint. Their micro brew selection is really good, and I had been working in the garden before dinner, so i was pretty thirsty. My choice was the Angry Orchard Apple Ale that they had ON TAP. My usual choice would have been Harvest Moon Beltian White, but the apple ale was a great choice You won't go wrong with any selection on the menu! If there's a line, don't despair. They have lots of tables so it won't be too long.. and it will be worth it!

Spectacular food and supremely nice service staff, however, halfway through our meal a large group came in that were incredibly loud and disruptive. They continued to smack their chairs into ours without acknowledging us, and even knocked my purse to the floor and said nothing. Other rude guests are normally just a regular risk of dining in public, however we were informed that these individuals are regulars here and are *always* rude to other guests and staff. I'm rather astounded that an establishment would continue to serve people known to disrespect their staff to the degree we witnessed, and hope this location reconsiders allowing their behavior

My burger was the Athens burger. Something i won't be ordering again. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium well. It was raw with zero flavor. The blue cheese was cold. The Chipotle aioli was just ranch dressing. It was white sauce. The red onions were rancid. My buddy and order a beer. I think it was a cream ale and it was super flat. I just don't get it.
