My friend ordered pizza and they said that it would be 45 minutes so we went in after 45 minutes to pick it up and they said the pizza would be just a few minutes. We sat and waited and waited and noticed how disgustingly dirty the pizza shakers, the tables, the floor. The lights in the ceiling were covered with dust. One lightbulb was out, and there were spider webs up in the windowsill and on the lights. The bathroom was filthy. Two girls were at the counter and stood there chatting. One girl was wearing a beanie and kept taking her hat off and scratching her face and her nose and playing with her hair and then putting her hat back on . The kitchen staff were wearing winter beanies with their dirty hair hanging out and one guy had an unruly beard with no beard net. I have worked in the service industry and have taught food safety and actually have my Servsafe Manager certification. Good chance I will be calling the Health Department. The guy with the beard and the beanie was very rude to me when I told him how long we had been waiting he just kind of dismissed it and said oh I just got here but we had seen him walking in and out a couple of different times, so we know that that was not true. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in any restaurant in Helena and throughout the Western United States. I would be embarrassed to own this establishment.
This is the best pizza I have ever had! The sauce is great, the pizza is very crunchy, no parts are burnt, and the seasoning on the meats is extraordinary! This could be my everyday place to be if there was a place close to me. Every bite is without a doubt precious to me.
