Ordered an extra shrimp pizza. Got it home a few shrimp on one side. Clerk at counter used same gloves to take money, whip up, hands on display pizza with same gloves, pizza took to long to get. Past.lazonia over cooked.

Ordered through Door Dash Delivery at 6pm. It was supposed to be ready by 6:20pm. Brooklyn Pizza didn't finish making the pizzas until 7:45. I didn't receive them until almost 8pm. 2 upset 5 year olds who were hungry and a diabetic who's blood sugar crashed later. Not to mention the door dasher who sat there the entire time trying to get the pizza to deliver it to us. When we finally received the pizza, they had told the dasher that something happened to one of our pizzas and they had to remake it, and the other pizza disappeared so they had to remake that one too. You would think with them remaking both pizzas and the price that we paid they would at least be correct, but they weren't. One pizza was supposed to have basil and white sauce. 1 leaf of basil and no sauce at all. Sadly we will not be ordering from them again and we will be sure to tell our friends of our bad experience.

Came in for lunch to get 2 slices. Were already sold out of pepperoni so I asked how long the wait would be. The lady working told me it would be 5 minutes so I explained I am on my lunch break and don’t have a ton of time so I didn’t want to pay ahead in case I had to leave. So I waited for new slices to come out and went order them and she told me I couldn’t have them because she sold them to people in line behind me because they paid already even though I had already asked for them. I was trying to help her out by not having to make her refund my order if it wasn’t out in time.

The people working there are always kind and awesome to everybody who walks in the doors. The food is amazing, the pizza and the pasta are always good. The atmosphere when you are in there is awesome as well. They have a community bulletin board, beautiful art pieces, and wooden furniture.
