I placed an order online, they took the money out of my account to pay for my order and then canceled my order. Then informed me I would have to reorder and repay for it and I would get my first payment back sometime after midnight! Unacceptable

I ordered two pastas and two salads. I only reviewed two pastas and one salad. I called and told them I only recieved one and they said they'd sent another one. 1.5 hours later and still no salad. I tried filing a complaint online, but the AI bot wasn't working. I called the store for a refund of the salad. They said they couldn't refund it. Terrible service for not so great food.
They quality checked my food for 20 minutes and proceeded to drive all around town for another 20 minutes and stop on random roads with no actual houses or businesses open we waited for longer than an hour for our food total. Food was great though.

The pizza took 30 minutes to arrive and was cold. It had to be heated to eat it. The manager stated there was nothing he could do to prevent cold pizza on delivery. What horrible service!!

They oscillate in quality which I feel is expected in this type of restaurant. They've been mostly good lately. I've appreciated their service and order from them often. The recent changes to their pasta menu are disappointing. I wish they would bring back the carbonara. They have all the ingredients, but the app won't let you completely recreate it with 'build your own'
