Food is always hot and fresh whether I've gotten delivery or take out. I went inside with my mom one night to get food and the cashier was attentive and friendly. We didn't have to wait at all to place the order. It was a Friday evening so they were busy but everyone was moving fast and getting orders out. It seemed they had a really efficient set up going to get orders out quickly and make sure they were correct. Even though they were busy it seemed everyone had a good attitude and they were even having a good time while still getting their work done, which is always nice to see at any business. For me the atmosphere of a restaurant includes how the attitudes of the people working are, and a lot of negativity tends to not make me want to go back. But that wasn't the case here. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and thanked us as we walked out the door. The only thing that could use a little improvement is their parking lot. It's pretty tiny and that night it was super icy and could have used some sand or ice melt.

The kid taking orders seemed unprofessional (on his phone, smacking his gum while he’s talking to you, talking in a quiet voice even though it’s very loud inside) I asked if they had personal sized pizzas he said yes. So I ordered a personal build your own pizza, a medium whole pepperoni with half sausage, and a cheesy marinara dip with the garlic twists. He did not repeat my order back to me nor did he give me an option for a receipt. I got back a MEDIUM build your own pizza, and a medium HALF pepperoni HALF sausage, and garlic twist with a small marinara sauce cup. Went back inside to tell him he messed up my order, which he was very rude about even though I very clearly said the cheesy marina dip when ordering. He said he’d charge me extra for the mistake HE made. I asked what the price difference was, he said $5. I looked it up online and the price difference is ONLY $2!!! Everyone one else in the building seemed friendly.

I just got 2 lager pizzas hand tossed but the crust is like a thin crust pizza I think Domino’s is trying to cut down and their ingredients are used to love Domino’s, but this is by far the worst pizza I ever had from themParking: Good

My husband and I ordered pizza for dinner very disappointed with the Hawaiian pizza no Canadian bacon the Ultimate Pepperoni had very little pepperoni. We paid $36 . Will never go back.

Wow what an amazing crew lead by an amazing manager! The most interactive and informative staff I've met and I eat at Domino's all over the country. The manager was really accommodating and also understanding. Please taste the quality of this pizza compared to the other ones in this state and none will compare. A+ for this establishment. My husband went after a long day of work to pick up a large pizza, if we knew it was gonna be this bad we would have went somewhere else that night. We are very upset at how the quality went from the most amazing pizza to one of the worst ones we have ever had. How do you mess up a 1 topping pizza??? It was burnt on the bottom and the tomatoes were stale tasting and it was overall just sloppily put together! From what i know the service that he recieved was okay, but we also had an issue with them charging my husband 2 times for a pizza and he still hasn't even gotten his refund. Hopefully yall figure this out, because we really enjoy dominos and don't really want to go anywhere else. But if we have to, we will.

As a visitor to Helena, this location was easy to find. The parking lot was a little wonky for us, only because we were in a large transit van. But not a huge problem. The pizza was ready is a relatively fast time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the deals they had running at the time spoke our language ?! It was a win win for all of us!

I am staying in a motel. Instead of the delivery guy bringing my order 2 my door, he handed it over 2 a stranger off the streets!!! I called the store, as it had been at least 25 min since the driver left. The manager said the driver verified it was me when he handed it out. The driver said this happens in motel lobbies all the time. If someone claims it's their food, then they give em YOUR food! wtf?! He never went into the lobby, according 2 mgmt. He handed this crackhead my food at the top of the stairs. I not only have witnesses that r staying here as well, bit the coveted plastic fork is also sitting on the top stair, where he handed her the pasta & she grabbed it so quick, she dropped the fork! I called Josh, the manager. Again, he says his driver said he verified. "How did he do that? What did he do EXACTLY 2 verify, since I paid with a debit card?!" Again he said, "He verified". Just like that!!! He wouldn't get up off his ASS at the FRONT COUNTER 2 go ask his driver & didn't give TWO shots about my food. I can't believe how lazy, rude, AND out-of-control the management is, let alone the rest of the crew!!
