About Eat Greekish

Eat Greekish is a food truck located outside a CVS in Helena, known for its delicious gyro, which comes piled with fries and is stuffed with meat, vegetables, feta cheese, and tzatziki sauce. The falafel and Shawarma have also received high praise, with many noting the wonderful falafel and the amazing tzatziki as the best they’ve tasted in all of Montana. While there is no seating or drink options, the food has been highly commended for its fresh ingredients and flavorful sauces. Customers appreciate the large portions for the price, with overall meals costing around $25-30. Although there is not much atmosphere, the food is served fairly quickly for there only being one cook, especially during busy lunch hours. However, it is important to note that the food truck's operating hours posted online may not be accurate, and it is recommended to call ahead before placing an order.

I've eaten their food at Alive at Five and at the Montana Writers Rodeo, a writers conference at the Helena Avenue Theatre. Living on the West Coast for 18 years turned me into a bit of a food snob. When I see their truck I know I'm going to have delicious food, friendly service, and it won't empty my wallet.

We enjoyed having this food truck at our first Montana Writers Rodeo. Our writers were fed in a timely manner so we were able to keep on schedule. And the food was delicious! The only complaint was that they were so full it was hard to stay awake during the afternoon session.🤣

As someone who grew up in Greece, I’m telling you right now, forget Med Grill, forget Planet Gyros and all that other nonsense. If you want a fire gyro, get down here. The “Bulgarian” is almost identical to what you’d get if you ordered a “souvlaki me sos” in Athens. Although you’d never find carrots or pickled onions in your souvlaki, the creativity of Eat Greekish is part of what makes it great. This place is as legit as it gets.
