So excited for a new restaurant in Helena and Fish Bowlz didn’t disappoint! Portions are generous and the menu is light which is perfect for lunch or a light dinner. I had the teriyaki sauce and it was yummy, it was a tad soupy but the flavor was good! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Excited to see this business blossom!

Really enjoyed eating here. Owner was super nice. Food was great. Really liked the honey jalapeño slaw. It's ponzu! Great location on the walking mall. Could barely finish my "small" bowl, wife had to take hers home to finish later. Would love if diced tomatoes were offered as a topping option. Great, local, small business. Went here with my spouse and the in-laws on Wednesday. Everything, from the sauce to the quality of the fish, was delicious. The service was super fun and friendly and I'll absolutely be back. I do wish the ratio of rice to toppings was a little different, in the way that a third (if that) less rice and just a hair larger portions of everything else would lend a more balanced bowl; once the goods are gone you're left with a bed of seasoned rice, which is still delish in its own right, and I'm also not a poké expert so that could just be my own preference. Having packets or bottles of soy sauce on hand would also be super cool ;) In any case it's worth the trip and if I lived in Helena I'd definitely be there more often. Can't wait to see where the guys go with this place!

Food was tasty ?, very filling,could use more variety of choices.If I may add?Other than rice ?, maybe miracle noodles ? ? or cauliflower rice ?Salsa, and or Verde sauces. ? ??️ Veggies choices, like tomatoes ?peppers or seaweed.Staff was very ? nice and friendly.Atmosphere was kinda empty but I'm sure more will be added later on in the future.I would recommend to anyone wanting a healthy bite to eat.The food was delicious ?And will most definitely come again. ?
