The atmosphere of the distillery is quiet yet welcoming. I loved the drinks were made with fresh squeezed juice (the natural sugar is just way better). Our server was so welcoming and very knowledgeable of each of the types of alcohol and drinks. Definitely a must try!

We were lucky enough to come across Gulch while visiting Helena, it was awesome! We enjoyed several cocktails that were great and also enjoyed the conversation with the people working there. It was a great experience of high-end cocktails and a cool spot. I'd highly recommend it.
Great spot for a date night or getting together with friends! The cocktail list is amazing. Highly recommend the Burning Through Nap-Thyme. Get there early and try them all…until you hit four dots.
