I am not one to leave reviews but I'm not sure what else to do. My sister, my boyfriend, and I went to Hokkaido for a night out. I thought the food was alright, but I'm not big on sushi so that's personal taste. I thought the boba was amazing! Our server was kind enough until the night was over. We were leaving the restaurant, when our server "Brady" chased us ACROSS the street. He came over to us after we had already left and started yelling at us that we were rude and disrespectful. I asked him how so and he responded that we never said "thank you" which I know for a fact we did. He also said we were laughing at him. We were out for dinner. We were conversing and laughing about old times like one does at dinner. Never once did we mention our server. It is absolutely crazy to assume some is talking about you when you haven't given them a reason to. I understand confrontation but to chase someone down the street is unacceptable, especially when we were not even a bit rude to him.

My mom and brother went here everything was OK they said they took their food home and when my 12 year old brother got to almost the end he bit on a cigarette butt! Wth that absolutely disgusting! I don't even understand how they allowed that to happen!

We had the Hot Philly Nights roll, it was incredible with fresh jalapeño and sriracha! A tantanmen bowl and a Spicy Miso bowl got our sinuses cleared! This place overall rocks, the food is great and the service is great every time. Would recommend to everyone.

We were seated quickly and the service was excellent. The food was good….nothing extraordinary but nothing bad either. One person in our party ordered GF ramen and was very complimentary about it.

Called in an order. Was told it would be twenty minutes. Arrived 30 minutes after placing order, waited an additional 45 minutes for one roll to be made. After all the waiting it was figured out they’d lost the ticket and hadn’t even started it. Asked for a refund and left. Very disappointed and well over an hour wasted.
Excellent Ramen, something for every taste and good sushi. Great place, worth a stop to check it out.

This used to be my fav restaurant in Helena. Quality of food has dramatically changed since they changed the menu and increased the prices. I used to eat here multiple times a month, came by a few times recently and it just has not been right at all. Staff is generally very nice. Today my poke salad was “fishy” tasting and had so much tough fat I didn’t even eat it.

Listen, I don't play when it comes to food. Even tho I'm not picky, I'm always honest and LET?ME?TELL?YOU?, this place is the BEES KNEES. Their spicy beef ramen is 1,000,000 out of 10. Normally I eat it at home so I can add chili crisp(bc it's delish) but truthfully this dish doesn't NEED it. It's beefy and rich and spicy(but not too spicy!) I order it about once a week and they never miss. One time they messed up my order and the workers were PRECIOUS with how they responded. Their gyoza is also dank AND cheap! The ONLY, and I meaaannn only flaw is there is nowhere near enough parking but that's the city's issue and they suck. So of you want good food, a lil spice(you can add more spice), excellent atmosphere (classy but not pretentious like them folks at Silver Star(totally joking), and literally the best service in town , eat here. Or get it to go if you're super introverted....Whatever gets you going, you can't go wrong here. So try it out and Itadakimasu!!
