Just had a delivery from an older woman, that was extremely rude and DEMANDING of a tip after the tip was already added online. Insisted that we don’t have an address visible when it’s posted three different spots curbside as were the only people on the corner lot.

Came here to try the notorious picklewich, it was straight gas. Only qualm i had is that apparently you can't really alter it, except to take things off. I was a bit miffed, but they still put mayo on it despite not usually doing it, and just told me next time they can't. Also the music playing was a bit meh, did not appreciate the Metallica cover that lasted forever. Otherwise, super fire, would recommend.

Super sloppy. The pickle is supposed to be “quartered” instead it was cut into halves and then another sliver. Paid for a slim 2 with cheese, didn’t get any cheese on the sandwich. Lastly, they absolutely drenched the beef and cheddar in sauce - it’s soaking wet :) pls see photos for reference. Thank GOD they asked for a tip!

Don’t expect anything extra added at the drive thru. Check your order before you leave. I have been there multiple times and asked for cucumbers on my order and for the sandwich to be cut in half. This store for some reason can’t ever even try and get it right. Every other Jimmy John’s I have ever been to has done this simple request. I think they have failed me for the last time.
Went out of my way to order directly from jimmy John’s and they went through uber and it took almost an hour to get to my work :/ payed almost $20 for one sandwich to not even be able to eat it on my break. “Freaky fast” more like freaky slow . Extremely disappointed…

Jimmy John’s Sandwiches are absolutely DELICIOUS and AMAZING…their staff is phenomenal and pleasantly nice! Great environment at their new location! And their toasted sandwiches are so good too! I absolutely love JJ’s, i have become a regular for sure! My favorite JJ’s sandwich is the Country Club! So good! Two of my favorite meats on one sandwich—sold lol
