I ordered a sandwich and 2 sodas waited almost 2 hours and finally called canceled order as it was only like 2 or 3 blocks away to be delivered. I was really looking forward to the meal...probably won't ever order again bummer

Seems like they've really cut back on the mayo and condiments. Used to be you could taste a little of the mayo etc. The last couple of times I've been in the sandwiches have been a little blah.

Ordered 2 subs for me and my husband from door dash and they were an hour late called 30min after they should have arrived and even the manager said they couldn't do anything they couldn't even call there employees to see were they were then the driver left my sandwich on the ground of my apparent when there are plenty of spots to set it down they won't even give me a refund I spent 40$

The last two times we have done an online order the timeliness has been subpar. Both times we have had to wait 15+ minutes for our food to be ready beyond the chosen pickup time. Food still tastes good and ingredients seem fresh.

Ordered a sandwich online. Once done, I received a text message that it was coming via Uber. What's the deal with the JJ drivers? Did you get rid of them like Papa John's?
I opened the sandwich and was utterly mad! Hardly any meat or veggies. The bacon didn't even look cooked. The one side of the sandwich, you could literally see the lettuce under the turkey it was so thin. I'm not sure what the deal is with this order. So burnt sandwich, and delivery fees on something we could have made at home if we had the items.
Will order next time in person and check it before I leave. So sandwiches, tips, and a $4.50 delivery charge for the crAp meal. So step it up and quite hosing the customers and give them what they pay for! I will say Uber driver was good, though.
They butchered my order and then the blonde manager got snotty about my refund. A fellow customer empathized and said he had a similar experience. Whatever, stuff happens I guess? ??♂️? what happened? That place was a tight ship when I worked there, seems like it’s gone downhill..

Drove into town specifically to get Beach sub. Paid for it and when I got home it is some sort of salad wrap crouton thing. Very very disappointed

If there were less than a star..... I'm... Speechless. I'm just tell you the facts, because .... I'm speechless. A 12 dollar sandwich became twenty after delivery, service, and tip. That's fine, right? If it's a great sandwich. Not a lick of turkey on my firecracker. A soggy tortilla filled with lettuce..... I took pictures, but I'm sure there's a reason they didn't allow that.... I've never- and I've been drunk in Mexico as a teenager- NEVER FELT more ripped off than I do right now. Again. Speechless.... Wow
