I tried to order online but couldn't personalize my pizza so tired to call. No answer. Went into the store, rude, incompetent staff, waited almost half an order just to be able to order. Then it all went downhill. I don't recommend it!!!

When ordering ICB's (Italian Cheese Bread or Crazy Bread, sauces should be part of the package. I understand if you're getting 'extra' sauce(s) but, to charge over $2 for a sauce that should be complimentary is ridiculous. That's like McDonald's charging for a side of ketchup to go with the fries. Are you charging me for 2 tablespoons of dressing to go with the salad? Should just turn this location into a drive thru as there's barely room for 4 people to COMFORTABLY stand "in line", but then there's no room to get in or out the door. Terrible setup.

I have always had a good customer service experience, and the pizza is consistent with the expectation. One time only I got a hot and ready that was old , but they replaced it with a friendly attitude.Parking: The location is a little easy to miss while driving, but there is a lot of parking available.

Service has definitely improved in the recent months. Wait times for online orders and DoorDash orders has improved substantially. In late Spring, early summer the average wait time when picking up Doordash orders was at least 30 minutes but there were times I waited for an hour and a half for 1 pizza. Had to keep reminding them whose order I was waiting for. During this time, they would frequently turn walk-in customers away, after they waited in line for 20+ minutes. I placed an order online and arrived 25 minutes after it was supposed to be done and they hadn't even started it yet-2 hours later I got 1/2 of my order, asked for a refund and was told I would have to come back the next day to speak with a manager. Long story short, they "couldnt find" my $70 order in the system the next day, was told to come back the next day, which was ridiculous and even after all of that, they never did refund me anything. They offered me a free pizza. I would have been happy with they just making me what I ordered and paid for...

Location seldom has advertised "hot and ready" items ready to go. Plan on spending 15-20 minutes if you don't use the app to preorder. Recently I brought home a pizza and discovered it wasn't cut.
