I have always had a good customer service experience, and the pizza is consistent with the expectation. One time only I got a hot and ready that was old , but they replaced it with a friendly attitude.Parking: The location is a little easy to miss while driving, but there is a lot of parking available.
Service has definitely improved in the recent months. Wait times for online orders and DoorDash orders has improved substantially. In late Spring, early summer the average wait time when picking up Doordash orders was at least 30 minutes but there were times I waited for an hour and a half for 1 pizza. Had to keep reminding them whose order I was waiting for. During this time, they would frequently turn walk-in customers away, after they waited in line for 20+ minutes. I placed...read full review
