“You may wonder why the weird star rating. I'll explain. I came through here when I was visiting on business. I decided to grab food for myself, my wife, and my daughter, who were willing to wait 1.5 hours for me to drive it back to Bozeman from Helena and eat it cold. I ordered & like an idiot did not check the bags. I was halfway back when I decided to eat mine and realized many items were not in the bag. I also failed to get a receipt, so I was not hopeful I would get anywhere calling the store. My wife decided to call, and the manager was great. He has her some questions to which she was able to give him the name on the order, most of what was ordered, the approximate price & that I paid in cash. He was able to locate it and apologized for the staffs failure. We had ordered 2 - Combo Meals, a 5 Piece Tender Entree, & 2 deserts. The order I received was 2 sandwiches entrees only without any fries, 2 drinks, 2 deserts, and the sauce for the tenders without the tenders. The manager assured her that he was going to mail her a coupon for the food we did not receive since I was not turning around to go back to Helena just for food. I have a business in Helena, so I am there often enough that we will return again. Slim Chickens is great food. The chicken sandwiches, no matter which one, are all delicious. The Mason jar deserts are also great, and they have new flavors to choose from on a rotating basis. Every company has off days so I don't let a mistake influence me to leave a negative review off this one bad day but I'll update my review after future visits & to keep updated on the end outcome & things were rectified by the manager as promised.Parking: There is numerous parking places & there rarely filled to half capacity. They have double drive through speakers so the line moves quickly as well.“
“Food is always hot and fresh whether I've gotten delivery or take out. I went inside with my mom one night to get food and the cashier was attentive and friendly. We didn't have to wait at all to place the order. It was a Friday evening so they were busy but everyone was moving fast and getting orders out. It seemed they had a really efficient set up going to get orders out quickly and make sure they were correct. Even though they were busy it seemed everyone had a good attitude and they were even having a good time while still getting their work done, which is always nice to see at any business. For me the atmosphere of a restaurant includes how the attitudes of the people working are, and a lot of negativity tends to not make me want to go back. But that wasn't the case here. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and thanked us as we walked out the door. The only thing that could use a little improvement is their parking lot. It's pretty tiny and that night it was super icy and could have used some sand or ice melt.“
“I always order delivery from Pizza Hut just about once every week. Because of where I live they are fast on their delivery. The main reason they are fast when they are delivering my food to me is that I only live a few blocks away from one of their Pizza Hut locations. So I do suggest when you order pizza to be delivered you should order from Pizza Hut plus you earn points towards free food too. Your points are determined by how much you order and how much it costs total. They take cash on delivery and they take debit cards for online orders. You can even design your own pizza and put anything on it you want. They also sell fries, hot wings, salads, assorted pastas, assorted salad dressings, little shakers of grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper, assorted sauces for fries and hot wings, breadsticks with or without cheese, and they something new they have been selling for awhile and it called a pizza melt it's a pocket pizza that you can make your flavor, for example pepperoni or a meat lovers. I ordered the pizza melts a few times and I like it. So just download their app and set up a account with them and you can see all the food you can order from them. They have between 10 to 20 pizza toppings you can put on your pizza when you make your own pizza and they will show you if you want the toppings on the left side or the right side or on the whole pizza. I've even used my points a few times for free hot wings, for free breadsticks, free cinnamon sticks, free mini cinnamon rolls. I forgot to mention it that they sell some desserts like mini cinnamon rolls, cinnamon sticks, and a big cookie. I don't know if any of the pizza shops sell things like this and have point rewards. So my favorite pizza restaurant for deliveries is Pizza Hut.“
“I have always had a good customer service experience, and the pizza is consistent with the expectation. One time only I got a hot and ready that was old , but they replaced it with a friendly attitude.Parking: The location is a little easy to miss while driving, but there is a lot of parking available.“
“My pickup order had much better luck than a lot of these other reviews. I was very appreciative of their professionalism at the store and the quality. It’s papa John’s but I was very impressed with their special-best one I’ve ever had at the chain.I’d reccomend ordering via the webpage. Papa John’s has moved away from phone ordering and typically the phone will route you to an international call center. It’s easiest to just do it online and show up.“
“Was surprised at how fast it got to us. We were out of town and had to order in dinner for the family. We ordered about 20 mins from home and by the time we pulled in to our driveway I got the notification that our order was out for delivery already. It was a late dinner and it got to us fast, so thank pizza hut!“
“We’ve been here a few times and get take out and always a good experience. Tonight we had dinner from there, they were so busy. It’s a Saturday at 5:45, no surprise it’s busy. Michelle I believe was her name was very kind. She checked on our order because it wasn’t ready and kept me updated til it was. Another great meal from there.“
