Seemed like a very friendly place, food is amazing. Definitely recommended

Great food and service. It did seem odd that they put so many of us, 3 different parties, at one station, making it too crowded.

We brought the girls out for a graduation dinner. We were super excited, really good service. The hibachi is awesome. Love the noodles, love the steak and shrimp. The girls loved it fried rice and chicken. I have to say by far the best soup. I've ever had out of a hibachi!!!!!! Also, the coconut Mayo, wow, that is amazing.

Just came here for the food and nothing else because it was close to the hotel and not rated horribly. Kind of a mistake. I got the vegetable tempura and honestly it was kind of greasy. The salad that came with it was literally drowning in thin 1000 island dressing to where it resembled a salad soup and the miso soup that accompanied it was pretty much just regular dashi with no miso and no tofu bits. Wife got an order of nigiri and as soon as the sushi rice got anywhere near the soy sauce it would just completely fall apart. So not really understanding the ratings this place gets.

The 'ambiance' such as it was came across as what a western anime fan thinks 'Japanese ambiance' might be, which is you're literally awash in cutesy anime music the entire time.

Not the best sushi but not the worst either. I don't think I have very many choices here in Helena Montana so we'll stick with this place. I do like ordering edamame but I like the spicy garlic and all they had was plain. Would have been nice to have the spicy garlic. Oh yeah the sushi seemed kind of dry didn't have enough sauce on it or on the side. However, the pieces were quite large. Like I said I will definitely go back.

Food was on a par with previous experience. Of good quality and amount. Service earned high marks as well.

The last two times I’ve been here gave me a horrible stomach ache and nausea. Both times I got the hibachi and the first time I thought it was just coincidence but the second time kind of concerned me. The chefs don’t make a very fun show anymore for the price and it’s often hard to get a drink refill. On a positive note the house salad dressing and the soup are always good and I’ve never gotten sick from the sushi rolls. Not sure if it’s the oil, the grill being dirty or what but something is just off. If I go back definitely steering clear of the hibachi.

Customer Beware...We have been going to Nagoya since it came to Helena. We enjoy the sushi rolls and hibachi. The food has always been good. However, the service has become unbearable. Tonight our family went there for dinner. It was a little before 5pm so they weren't busy yet. We ordered sushi, rolls and our child ordered hibachi. We received our sushi and rolls, we were told his hibachi would be right out. We all shared our food with our child while he waited. It was almost another half hour before the hibachi came out... Everyone was done eating by the time his food came. We asked for compensation for his meal arriving after everyone was done. They offered to pay for a dessert. Again, I asked for the meal to be comped amd that we didnt want any additional food. They came back with taking off only $2.75... My husband had to get up and talk to the manager and ask him how he would feel if his whole family ate and then your dinner came. We finally got his meal comped. With every junior hibachi, it comes with ice cream. They brought us the check and didn't even offer the ice cream. I didn't ask either, I was so furious with how poorly the service and management has become.

Update 9/22/24
Tried to give them another chance. We were passed up for a table by a group of 7 people who walked in without a reservation. I asked them if we had been forgotten and they pulled together a couple table to accommodate the 5 of us. Waiter took our drink order and brought drinks. A different waitress came over and asked us again for our drink order. We told her, we have our drinks but need to put in our food order. She took our food order. We sat for a good 20 mins before anyone brought soup or salads. Then argued with us that my husband didn't get a soup and salad with his sushi deluxe. Then we complained about how bad this service has been. There shouldn't be an argument about the fact that we ordered a soup and salad that wasn't brought out. Magically, everything turned around. Food came flying out and Waiter was apologetic. Appetizers were cold. The rest of the food was good but it's not worth the poor customer service.

I was excited to go to this place but it just didn't do it for me. We got some sushi rolls and it wasn't on the hibachi side. Customer service was good and the wait wasn't to long.

Obviously, our chef at our grill was fairly inexperienced. Food was good but he made some mistakes with the food and where it should go. First experience for the people I took there, and it wasn't awesome.
