Ordered a pizza for delivery and never received it. I called the store to inquire and they told me the driver couldn't make it up our driveway so he marked it delivered on the website and took it back to the restaurant. Why not get out and walk or call me? I would have walked down the driveway to get it. They did issue a refund.

Literally horrible door dashed BBQ wings last night didn't get them for over an hour!! Then when we got them they were completely wrong they gave me boneless with zero sauce! Tried calling for a refund ? they said it's Door dashes problem!! Will never order here again would rather go anywhere else with my money!!!!!!!

WHERE ARE THE TOPPINGS?I literally thought they sent me a cheese pizza. It was supposed to be a Super Hawaiian/add chicken. What I got was a cheese pizza with a few tiny bits of...something. I could see a little pineapple, a few shreds of Canadian bacon and a couple small pieces of chicken. For $37.55 (excluding the tip!) I would expect to get something resembling what I ordered.The BBQ wings were just ok.The owner of this store (Helena MT) should be ashamed of the product they produce.Definitely NOT ordering from here again. EVER.

My pickup order had much better luck than a lot of these other reviews. I was very appreciative of their professionalism at the store and the quality. It’s papa John’s but I was very impressed with their special-best one I’ve ever had at the chain.I’d reccomend ordering via the webpage. Papa John’s has moved away from phone ordering and typically the phone will route you to an international call center. It’s easiest to just do it online and show up.

The ONE GUY working was amazing I just think it's so wrong to have one person trying to run a whole store! He did so good and our food was great! But y'all need to treat your staff better and give that kid a raise !

Sad, disappointed! 2nd try for them. Canadian bacon is slit strip of ham, and it was sparce along with 9 tiny pieces of of pineapple. New York style doesn't exist.

Delish! Definitely top 3 for flavor and composition. Not necessarily a dine in spot, but there is seating in the store. Staff is courteous even in the rush times, which is hard to do these days. Good job Papa Johns! I'll recommend your spot always.

Drove to this town all the way from Las Vegas. Checked in at the Ramada and needed food ASAP. Saw this place when I drove towards the Ramada and decided that's the first thing I wanted after checking in my entire family and pets after 15 hours of driving. Exhausted I try to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel. Being as I'm not actually putting in and order I had to select #5 for a manager complaint or anything else I was immediately placed on hold after several rings and just left there for several minutes. So I hang up call back and select option 2 to place and order. I get an automated message stating this option is an error. Thinking I did something wrong I called back and tried again same.thing happened! So if you want to put in a phone order it's apparently an error. So last attempt to find out if they deliver to the Ramada I again chose option 5. This time I get sent to hold after only 2rings! So I call my hotels front desk because they would know right? They said yes they do deliver here and kindly told me to enjoy my pizza (they are awesome here). But I noticed this place has so many 1 stars as of recently and you get an error message if you select to order over the phone then if there's an issue and you need to speak with a manager you will never get an opportunity to speak with one. So I decided to order from dominos. I put my order in and then received my order in less time it took to find out if Papa John's delivers to the Ramada. I gotta say idk if it's because I'm extremely tired and exhausted or super hungry but it was the best bbq pizza I ever had! Love the pan crust perfect texture and flavor. So forget this place just order from DOMINOS if you're passing through.
