I came here a couple months ago on Halloween. been meaning to make this review but kept forgetting. Please get a better DJ that guy sucked, he doesn't even blend songs, he will go from playing Cardi B to playing Salt N Pepper. He definitely don't pick up on the crowd ques. For example if you put a song on and most of the crowd starts to leave, change the song don't let whole song continue to play. He is the master of killing the vibe. Not to mention he was drunk, he could barely talk during the costume contest. Only thing he was worried about was the girls in short dresses, hence why they won.

Every time I come in they are playing the least enjoyable music, and they don’t take requests? If no one in your bar is dancing, maybe you should try better music? The DJs are so rude and act like you are gum on their shoe, heaven forbid a girl wants to listen to ‘unwritten’ at 1:00 am with her friends.

Jesse and his lady partner have been awesome all night!! Jesse is an inspired mixologist and truly cares about what he serves. I would give more stars if at all possible. Sit in his end of the bar!!!

I swear this place is scared to make money. They waited till the week off, to post about having a Halloween party. You knew all year, should of been advertising as soon as Halloween hit. Same with other holidays. Only event I seen Rialto really market is Pride week. If they put the same effort into other events, alot more money would come flowing your way. But it seems like who ever is in charge is clueless when it comes to growing, promoting your business. You guys should really invest in someone that knows how to market and promote. Second, please get a new dj, she is to lazy to download songs. Yea people dance, but its because we don't have any other options. if you don't believe me do a poll on fb and see what people really think about the music that's played. New artist drop new music every Friday. No excuse for your whole play list to be full of songs from the early 2000.Every time I meet someone not from Helena at the rialto, they always ask what's up with the old music. Its a joke, I see women asking why men don't dance, well because the music is trash all she plays is girly sing along songs. Play some ass shaking music that's what people come out to do. Also it would be nice if she played some male artist as well. When the music is good the women dance, when the women dance the men dance when everyone is having a good time, more drinks are bought, yall forget men usually buy more drinks than women, we buy drinks for ourselves and women. but when the bar is and music is lame. We are less likely to spend money and more likely to just watch and observe.
I hate this bar I spilled my drink only got 1 sip and they wouldn’t even replace it good customer service is to replace the drink. Poor customer service I’ll never be going to this bar again
